 The grape harvest in 2011 was early, but the 2012 vintage had a more typical start date. Any worries about the difficult weather conditions and prevalence of disease at the start of the summer were gradually relived as the crop proved to be low in quantity but high in quality.

比起2011年的提早收成,今年的採收日期就與過往較為接近。夏季開始時我們一度對於天氣狀況和疾病傳染感道有些擔憂
但到了採收時,我們就完全放心了,因為今年的果實產量雖然低,但卻有著無庸置疑的高品質!

 The harvest started on September 7th and are well underway. The size of the crop is less than 50% of a normal harvest. The nice weather before harvest helped to fulfil ripeness of grapes. So there is a “natural concentration”. The juices seem be nicely colored with a nice structure and balance.

今年的採收從97開始,並且非常穩定地進行。今年收穫量是往年的50%以下,收成之前天氣狀況良好,有助於葡萄成熟
因此果實的風味在自然狀態下濃縮、集中。就葡萄果汁的狀況來看,今年的果實色澤非常濃郁,結構感與平衡感都相當良好。

 The wine we chose this year comes from Lancié. It is fruity and elegant. We added a small proportion of a vinification coming from Le Perréon in order to reach an overall nice architecture.

今年我們所選擇的葡萄來自Lancié,這是薄酒萊村莊法定產區的39個村落之一,也是其中較為突出的一個
除了
Lancié的葡萄外,我們還加入了一小部份來自Le Perréon的果實,以求為酒體增添更多良好的架構與口感
